Our company recently purchased a Hot Jet which includes a training course in Utah at the Hit Jet facility. The training course that they provide with purchase was top notch. Everything was taken care of from the moment we got off the plane. Hotel accommodations were nice, provided dinners were at a restaurant right next door to the hotel and they didn’t cheap out. Everyone on the Hot Jet team was very personable and extremely helpful in every aspect. The training course was well thought out and done in a way that it grabbed your attention and kept you engaged, unlike most training courses that can drag on and be boring. They thought of everything. They provide you with all the tools and literature you need to get right to jetting. We even had the opportunity to train on our own jetter. Again I couldn’t be happier with everyone in the company and our time in Utah. Highly recommend Hot Jet

I recently bought a Hot Jet ll. And to be perfectly transparent and honest, I couldn’t be more impressed with the set up and the training that this company has and offers. Their product is top-of-the-line, And their training is some of the best I have received. I have a master Plumber and Gas card. I was a union trained Apprentice and I also have a a journeyman union Millwright card, which I also completed an apprenticeship and their training is as good as any as I’ve ever had. They make sure you know every aspect from Saftey to product knowledge to how to market your Jetter. They have this down to a science. They make you feel like family. They dot every I and cross every T. If you leave with questions it is because you didn’t ask them. I feel perfectly confident to be able to train our crew on how to use our new equipment, if you’re looking for a top-tier company to work with and to purchase your jetting equipment through Hot Jett Usa is the answer.
